Valley Home Strawberry Jam, made from our own strawberries at their peak of ripeness, proved to be a winner by earning top three honors at the 2004 North American Farmers Direct Marketing Crystal Jar Jam Contest in California. 			*Fresh Strawberry Cakes* are baked fresh on the farm every day during spring strawberry season. Made from our Valley Home secret recipe, our large 9” double-layer cakes are made from our strawberries, topped with our special strawberry cream cheese icing and garnished with beautiful, plump strawberries. Indulge yourself, surprise your family or treat a special friend. Available from our farm store in season for $20.

	*Fresh Strawberry Pies* are the traditional season favorite. Our Valley Home Strawberry Pie is piled high with plump, juicy, red-ripe strawberries and topped with mounds of whipped cream. You just can’t resist it. Available from our farm store in season for $15.
			*Fresh-Baked Strawberry Bread* is an any-time-of-the-day treat. It’s a moist bread that is great right our of the package or topped with your favorite cream cheese sauce. Made fresh every day during spring strawberry season and available at our farm store. 12 oz. size. $4 per loaf.
	*Golden Pound Cake* is our favorite layer of strawberry shortcake, except for the strawberries, of course. Made fresh in our farm kitchen. Available at our farm store in season. 12 oz. $4 per loaf.
	*Chocolate Dipped Strawberries* are one of our special springtime treats. We hand-select the finest long-stem berries and dip them in rich chocolate. Great for special occasions like Mother’s Day, weddings, parties or a gift for that very special person. Available by advance order at our spring farm store or by calling (931)389-6470.
		*“New” Strawberry Honey Pops* are a healthy, natural treat made from our fresh Valley Home Strawberries and sweetened with our own farm honey. The taste will “Wow” you! A large 4 oz. pop on a stick.
	*Valley Home Honey* is made right here on the farm by our very own Valley Home Honeybees. We harvest “by the honey flow” so you can choose your favorite “dark honey” made from the nectar of our area poplar trees; light honey made from clover and wildflowers or medium honey from a combination of locust, blackberry and various wildflowers. Honey is subject to availability. We just seem to never have enough. 1 lb. jar $4, 2 lb. jars are $8.00 and 12 oz. chunk honey is $5, when available.
